What are the influencing factors of diamond blade Empty What are the influencing factors of diamond blade

Mon Jul 25, 2022 10:32 am
Diamond blade is a practical tool for optical fiber laser cutting, which is widely used in the production and processing of hard and brittle raw materials such as marble and ceramics; Plate and blade The plate is a part of the key supporting point of the bonding cutter head, and the cutter head is a part of the fiber-optic laser cutting process in the whole process of application. The cutter head will be consumed continuously in use, while the plate is not easy. The function of the cutter head to open the fiber-optic laser cutting process is generally due to the presence of diamond here, which is a hard compound at this stage, It rubs the optical fiber line in the cutter head, and the optical fiber laser cutting is the production and processing target. While the diamond particles are encapsulated in the cutter head by metal composite materials In the whole process of application, the green body of metal composite material is consumed together with diamond. Generally, it is ideal that the green body of metal composite material is consumed more accurately and quickly, which can not only ensure the sharpness of the cutter head, but also ensure that the cutter head has a long application period

influence factor

Diamond particle size distribution: a wide range of diamond particle size distribution in the range of 30/35 ~ 60/80. The harder the stone layer is, the finer the particle size distribution should be selected. Because under the same working pressure standard, the diamond is finer and sharper, which is beneficial to enter the hard stone layer. In addition, generally, the blade with large diameter requires high sawing efficiency, and it is advisable to choose a coarser particle size distribution.

Cutter head concentration value: in short, diamond concentration value refers to the general relative density of diamond in the green body of the management layer at work (that is, the total weight of diamond contained in the land occupied by the enterprise). The "standard" requires that when the green body contains 4.4 carats of diamond per cubic decimeter, the content value is 100%, and when the green body contains 3.3 carats of diamond, the content value is 75%. The volume concentration value indicates the amount of diamond in the cluster, and it is required that the concentration value when the volume of diamond accounts for 1/4 of the total volume is 100%. Expanding the diamond concentration value is expected to improve the service life of the blade, because increasing the concentration value reduces the average tool durability of a piece of diamond. However, improving many aspects will inevitably increase the cost of blades. Therefore, there is a content value that social development is social and economic development, and this concentration value will expand with the increase of cutting rate.

Tensile strength of the fusing agent of the cutter head: Generally speaking, the higher the tensile strength of the fusing agent is, the stronger its wear-resistant professional skills are. Therefore, when sawing the stone layer with high grindability, the tensile strength of the fusion agent should be high; When sawing the soft stone layer of raw materials, the tensile strength of the fusion agent should be low; When sawing the hard and grindable stone layer, the tensile strength of the fusion agent should be appropriate.

Force effect, temperature effect and damage: the diamond round blade will suffer from the effect of alternating loads such as team cohesion, sawing force, sawing heat, etc. in the whole process of cutting marble with optical fiber line and optical fiber laser.

The wear and tear of diamond round blades are caused by force and temperature effects.

Force utility: in the whole process of sawing, the blade will suffer from axial force and axial force. Because there is a strong role in the azimuth and axial direction of the circle, the pushing blade is wavy in the radial direction and saucer in the axial direction. These two kinds of deformation will lead to the non vertical cross-section of the stone layer, the high consumption of marble, the high noise during sawing, the increased vibration, the early destruction of diamond clusters, and the reduction of the application time limit of the blade.

Temperature utility: according to the traditional basic knowledge, the damage of temperature to the whole process of the blade is specifically manifested in two levels: first, it causes the graphitization of diamond in the cluster; The second is that the diamond particles fall down too early due to the thermal force between the diamond and the green body. New research shows that the heat generated in the whole process of fiber laser cutting of fiber line is transmitted to the cluster. The temperature in the arc area is not high, generally in the middle of 40 ~ 120 ℃. However, the drilling point temperature of yarn grinding particles is relatively high, generally in the middle of 250 ~ 700 ℃. The freezing liquid only reduces the average temperature of the arc area, but does little damage to the temperature of the yarn grinding particles. That same temperature does not lead to the carbonization of calcined petroleum coke, but will change the friction characteristics between the grinding particles and the workpiece of the product, and cause the internal stress between the diamond and the additives, resulting in the invalidation of the basic concept of diamond and the overall bending. The research shows that the effect of temperature is a very big factor affecting the blade damage.

Damage: because the force effect and temperature are corresponding, the blade will generally be damaged after a period of application. The key ways of destruction are as follows: destruction of metal composite materials, partial crushing, large-scale crushing, falling down, and the abrasion of industrial equipment along the sawing speed direction of fusion agent. Destruction of metal composite materials: continuous friction between diamond particles and components, phosphating of edges into a plan design, lack of use performance, and expand friction. Sawing heat will cause graphitization chromatography on the surface of diamond particles, greatly reducing the tensile strength and aggravating the damage: the surface of diamond particles shoulders the alternating internal stress, in addition, it also shoulders the alternating cutting stress field, and fatigue cracks will occur, and a part of the powder will be broken, showing sharp new edges, which is an ideal damage shape; Large scale crushing: diamond particles bear a devastating load when entering and cutting out, and very significant particles and crystals are consumed too early; Fall down: the durability of the alternating knives makes the diamond particles shake constantly in the fusion agent, resulting in loosening. In addition, the destruction of the fusion agent itself and the sawing heat in the whole sawing process make the fusion agent loose. This reduces the palm power of the fusion agent. When the tool on the particle is more durable than the palm power, the diamond particles will fall down. No matter which kind of damage is closely related to the load and temperature borne by diamond particles. Both of them are based on the cutting process and the refrigeration and lubrication standards.
